"RICDOG Training Center"

Name of the program: "RICDOG Training Center" (RTC)

 

Program goal: To get and develop skills for participants by different trainings that will help in self-realization and career progression.

 

Program Mission: Create an information environment where participants can improve or develop their skills, also giving information to people by innovative ways.

 Sub-programs conducted during the program.

 1. The "Personal Development Academy"- goal is to provide informal education in school students. The project is 4 months long and it is held every Sunday in three public schools: №1 №2 №32. Training topics: effective communication, presentation technic, team and leader work, conflict management and personal development. In aach school 20 children are trained, in total 60 young adult. Trainings are conducted by: Nugzar Kokhreidze - RICDOG Founder / Chairman; Gvantsa Totadze - RICDOG General Secretary, Journalist; Akaki Saghinadze - coordinator of the project "Personal Development Academy"; "Personal Development Academy" is a project financed by NGO "Inovative Initiatives Platform" Akaki Tsereteli State University and Kutaisi Municipality.

2. "One-Time" Trainings - The training cycle was specially made for members and volunteers. It is oriented to improve and get the skills needed for personal and career growth. By the organization's decision, trainings are open and everyone can join it by pre-signing it. The program started with the initiative of Peace Corps volunteer Jill Simpson., Trainings are conducted by the Peace Corps volunteers. Trainings are held once a month on different themes.

3. "The way to employment" – Program goal is to develop required skills for employing in any field and in any position. During the program trainings, workshops and simulation games are made. It is held once in two weeks.

4. "Value" – Program goal is to understand and improve personal values ​​in participants. "Value" is intended for lovers of intellectual and philosophical conversations and for those who are interested with psychology. It is conducted twice a week. Sub-programs implemented during the program "RICDOG Training Center" (RTC) are the property of the organization and training modules are written specially for each of them.
