Research-Intellectual Club "Dialogue of Generations" project carried out "Civil responsible Council" with American organization PH International, US Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs funded "public involvement and cooperation programs for legal education" (GE CALLS) framework.

The project aimed to raise awareness among young people of legal protection and juvenile crime, the risk of civil liability for their raising.

Project carried out for 7 months, and its target was a group of school children, young people and students of probation. The total number of participants consisted of 34 people.

RICDOG has implemented two projects: Civil Responsible Council 1 and Civil Responsible Council 2. More than 70 participants were involved in the projects.  

Model - "The Council of civil Liability" the discussion of the platform, which was divided into 3 phases  where the participants discussed the briefcase 3 (story). Each story told of a particular case.

"The Council of Civil Liability" model of participants in each phase of the lottery and getting fit a specific role. For examples: Psychologist, teacher, retired, disabled and others. They had  discussions of their roles. Each participant was divided into 4 major groups: "Active citizens" Passive citizens "Responsible citizens" and Experts ".

After considering in each case the participants created a resolution, which was presented solution for a problem of roads.

Each phase of the criteria observed with the best points of 4 participants. Prizes for the top four participants were given books.

The meetings were held with invited experts, who were invited from the briefcase. Expert meeting provided an opportunity for participants to develop a resolution to the elbows and ideas were given for the correct formulation.

During the project were written 5 resolutions. More than 16 events were organized by participants. The presentation was made in 20 public schools and 3 Presentations of the NGOs.

After rezolution participant composed Action Plan, according to they implemented more than 12 events.
