Advanced Reforms, Advanced Civil Society

Armavir Development Centre (Armenia) together with Bureau of Social and Political Developments (Ukraine) and Research-Intellectual Club "Dialogue of Generations" (RICDOG) AIMS to study the current processes of reforms of delegated social services in Armenia, Georgia and Ukraine for increasing the effectiveness of delegation provision procedures and CSO enabling environment.  The proposed project is in relevance with the specific objective and thematic priority of this call, as it includes advancement of social policy reforms in EaP countries (Armenia, Ukraine, and Georgia).

 

The project objectives are:

  1. To study the delegated social services system in 3 countries of EaP to contribute to the effective policy-making

  2. To find out the main advantages and disadvantages of the systems to fill the emerging  gaps and contribute to advancing reforms.

  3. To encourage the involvement of civil society in current process of decentralization reforms and policy domains.

  4. To organize exchange of experience, sharing the findings of monitoring results, best practices and ways of system improvement.

 

  1. Target group/s:

The target groups of the project are vulnerable social groups of 3 countries who are provided with delegated social services. As they are the receivers of the services, so the improvement of decentralization reforms on delegated social services will directly apply their well-fare.
